I would like to provide constructive criticism here: 1. Onboarding of new employees : The Onboarding process needs to be more streamlined, instead of two to three mentors for training there should be only one mentor to avoid confusion and unnecessary stress to new employee. This is the major reason of initial high employee turnover. 2. Saturday off: The company still works six days a week and it gives us less time for relaxation and recuperation. 3.Working : There are tight deadlines and pressure to deliver on time. Sometime have to work 10 to 12 hours shift to complete the work but it is not a routine as some of my other disgruntled colleagues would complain. 4. Strict and disciplined working environment: Need it to be relaxed a bit.

No complaints really, looking forward to grow with the growing company.

...is provided. No retrenchment during covid lockdown so 5 star for job security. Good work is rewarded with increment and bonus.

The only drawback I could say was 6 days a week working but now the company has started giving us two Saturdays off. so nothing to complain here.
