It's small company but environment is more towards employees. Policy of this company "employee first and customer second" is really applied here. Office timing. No late stay at office or working on weekends. They always providing 2 days off on Diwali and Holi. They are paying for any leave balance at end of financial year. They are easily providing loan at 0% interest. They are arranging a 4-5 days trip for their employees once a year. They are providing easily work from home if required. They are providing special tea, coffee and snacks everyday (no dip or machine, instead a cook prepare tea/coffee). So, a very employee friendly atmosphere is here.

Dislikes

As of now, this company is having less no. of employees. This is only limitation here. Rest others things are so well organized here.
