...vidual work. No Promotions policy / promotion on face value than credit to work. No standardization of pay and rank. 24*7 work culture for the people sincere and dedicated to work.

It is a very good company and 100%job security. And company policies are good as I was in operations department should work in any shift for the company..

Dislikes

... a little of politics and the management takes some delay in address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Gateway distriparks limited offers it's each employee to grow and work with mental ajd physical satisfaction. Also company value it's employees and help and stand with them. Salary processing is also very good in this company

It's a good office everyone is nice to me and they give me freedom and ask about planning etc..

From 2019 to I still working in same office same department but they do not took me a company employee and they didn't increase the salary.

All of the employees are supportive and they always treat each other like family members, working environment is very good, work safety, and there is job security.

Dislikes

Top management does not provide opportunities to grow employees, there is very less internal job promotion, instead of giving opportunities to existing employees to show their ability, skills and talents they hire new employee even at extra cost.
