...iometrics installed it functions according to Mr. Rajesh Agarwal's instructions. He is pro in deducting salary and will give a senseless explanation when asked about it. They deducted my 4 half-days and 4 late pay which is not true. The job role and the financial security are zero. There is no growth here. Employees are being treated as parcels, they keep shifting employees to every team every other week.

The classes and interaction with the students was the only part that was worth staying there for.

The environment that the superiors have created is very toxic and unhealthy. Negative work culture and employee relations. The biasness is very tough and there is no chance of getting any growth. False promises are made and nothing is done for the development of employees. As the superiors had said themselves that " we don't care if our employees are happy or not, we are not answerable to any of you". "GHAR GHAR" chalta h vaha professionalism nahi.

Fresh and young team, office location is good. Large no of Unis and several countries on the product list.

Dislikes

Team is young and in order to be optimally productive, training is imperative - which does not exist. It is against the company culture it seems !! You may pick up as and and when you work, on the go. Long working hours since there is no existence of a pre defined KRA for any staff. Everyone is expected to do and deliver everything. Since a formalised process of CRM management and learning does not exist, career growth / hike / promotion is solely at the discretion of management. There is no appraisal process as well.
