Management is too bad. They are focusing on your personal thing rather than your proffesional thing. Management treated employees like slave & most probably they need their employees will satisfy their ego. In history we read about Mad sultanTughlaq in GPE you can see it in real. Frustration will rise automatically once you deal with management.

The company itself a quality company with all higher standards. Working init makes one to develop in all factors like communication, pressure handling etc. Really am very happy to say that i have worked under one of the great engineers of India
