Working here from 3 years but couldn't get pay on roll they only telling you will get but they only acting for future perspective it is not good company only those who are not good in studies

No values for Old education like BSc MSc mcom Theirs only values for near and dear ones

Nothing to like in this company. It is full of loosers. Company only pay to high rank people. Lower grade engineers don't get anything except annual increase that to depend on management.

Dislikes

Everything they don't even have proper washrooms. They treat their employees as beggers. HR is worst they put gutka in mouth and speak.

Likes

Organisation is having very good peoples, very hard working culture. Export 90% of production. Exports around 120 country around the world. I am working with QA department. Handling customer complaints. So I got lot of chance to interact with customers, understanding there requirements. Most of the colleagues are from near by, so the culture is family.

Dislikes

Salary and growth is slow. The work pressure is too much. Very less appreciation for hard work. System deficiency.

One of the best organisation I worked with where very positive, supportive & passionate manmanagement which really helps to grow organisation & every individual level.

Dislikes

I can't say dislike but would say chance of improvement. For other benefits like TA DA

Less work pressure, no appriasal system, floating kind of culture

No vision for career growth, flat increment system, no performance measurement system, direction-less leadership, silo work culture, no canteen facility, etc.
