Senior management all are local. They promoted and likes alllocal candidates only who are no any knowledge. High cutting of salary in hand very less. Suppose there is 7 lacs package in hand only 42 thousand.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address. Our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow there isa bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Management is supporting for skill development & taking care of each employee , integrating all efforts towards business growth plan..

Unskilled staff leading skilled staff members with dominance . Asking role to perform to such individuals who is not authorised & not prime responsibility.

I worked hear for 3 years and I learned very good job skills.its like a family i make over there.work is like a challenge to us but with family you can face any and get rid of any problem.i am glad that I got a chance to work in such a company.

Professional approach, Family like close set up; small but effective organization set up; top management's approach especially the owners' personal rapport with the team, customer focus, scenic location, frequent interaction with international customers, involved unionized workers

Dislikes

Village life (families are not comfortable if they are used to Metro / city life style), dusty environment especially near the calenders, Unstable plant head position, functional interference of few top management members
