Job security is only till you are giving business to the company. An owner based company won't entertain non performers. There are policies made which are fruitful for the owner only.

The company is full involved in bird farm infrastructure & there is lot off machinery with big chance for learning new concept .I like gartech due to it's big platform for starting job career.thats set

For learner or beginner its good to start from basics... here we get basic knowledge of all field.

Dislikes

There is no standard method of work, no company pay and perks, work pressure is high , Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, no on-job training for freshers
