I am a B.Tech Engineer. In my previous company, I used to work on contractual roll and did not get career growth in 2 years. But GAPL hired me on company rolls from day one, since then I have been getting performance bonus and incentive which is quite satisfactory. I am working GAPL since 3 years and I am satisfied

It is a learning organisation, continuously improving various areas of organisation. Need good professionals who are willing to make a difference. Confident, honest and with domain knowledge professionals have plenty of opportunities

Nothing to dislike but employees coming from mature organisations find it little uncomfortable working with learning organisation

This company is handled by Rahul Singh . He told the people he is a IIT holder. He is actual ITI holder operator. I joined this company on 2 July & left this company on 16 July . During in my 15 day so many time Rahul Director called me in his cabin and torcher me every time. He is a very toxic nature person . Please don't go to join this company. Because Mr Charndra he boker of this company and fooling the people.
