Comparing in the group of 100 crore turn over company GIPL is the best. MD of the company having positive thinking. And always think the living standard of their employees should be good.

Very Bad environment at Kartarpur. Management is very poor. SN. Manager HR Very rude person. He behave employees like slave & Also Abuse them. Very Unprofessional person..

5S in Gardex is very good and they invest much on infrastructure & 5S. there ERP system is good.

there is zero team work in Gardex. there is too much politics, from upper to lower management. there is only one man show ,if he is happy with you than you are good,if he is not happy than that's the end off your journey at gardex.
