No work life balance as they will ask you to do the work from home after the school also, even in vacations you have to work from home daily. It’s a pain to work here. From directors to some reps or coordinators especially the ones coming from Kalyanpur side they are dehati’s and they don’t know how to speak in English properly but expect from the teachers to speak fluently 24x7 without any mistake. Tight schedule and unhealthy atmosphere with rude language. They say sentences like ” agar koi mjhe chair pe betha to tange tod dungi me” to teachers. This is a normal language here to speak with teachers and reps. Job security is none. They can throw even 10 yr old working staff from the school without giving any appreciation or certificate. There’s no planning and everything comes in last minute. They’re highly influenced by reels or videos which goes viral and copy that and adds that to their curriculum without discussing about the pros and cons of that on the student. The whole time only competition goes between head branch and new branch which tests the growth of the school. The school is a circus in short. Would only become good when they become humble and hire knowledgeable staff who can carry on the things in good way and the quality of education in the school will be improved
