In garden silk mill best thing is that company give the importance of ISO ,OHSAS,and safety,which helps people to work smoothly.

1)More than 20 ya 25 years working people behaves like a boss he can't understood anyone. 2)heavy politics due to technical person can't do anything only observe his role his role is constant.

Overall is is good such as job security, work culture etc. But salary and company policy is very poor ,you are not maintain work life balance with such type salary.

Salary is very poor of old employee, must require good hike and company environment also not good everywhere coal dust flying.
