Some teams have to be more work centric culture , need support and motivation and appreciation if work done give more boost resources to give more productivity

...life balance is also good here. The only thing it lacks in is good compensation. It's paying it's employee's embarrassingly low salary Compared to market standards. It's high time they understand this else the attrition rate js only going up.

Fair compensation, diverse employees, good work culture.

Inefficient HR team, possibility of coming across impolite/insensitive managers(not everyone, but they are there), less employee benefits, less development related work, more of a support role.

Good company destroyed by bad management Over 4 years serving here, we saw the downfall happening with no connection between management and subordinates.

Dislikes

HRs stopped celebrating all Hindu festivals. No being racist here . Just the fact that the alignment here was clearly visible. I made some efforts in getting this addressed with acknowledgement from over 100 associates but HR didn't acknowledge any of the grievances
