I loved the fact that I was a part of a team that initiated the whole Amazon E-commerce project for the company from nothing.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is pretty slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day. CEO and HR’s do not value an individual’s unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain every time.

Likes

I liked the part that the work schedule was flexible giving me the opportunity to combine the internship with my studies and actual job. Besides, a great progression of skills is evident, as I was promoted to the Squad Leader with an opportunity to extend my responsibilities and improve not only HR part of work yet also team management

Dislikes

The only thing I suppose as a drawback is the absence of monetary compensation for the work

I like the most of this company is that they have come to a great idea to offer such opportunities for the people from the different countries of the world. We don't need to wait for getting visa and fly to a particular country for gaining such working experience, rather we can acquire it by working from home! So this is a great opportunity for such student like me who wants to continue his/her academic life in his/her own land and also wants to work with a renown company from the first world country.

Dislikes

I haven’t liked their remuneration culture. They offer very low salary which is not acceptable in this era. So I would suggest them to improve this part so that they can gain more market value and get most of the people by their side.

Likes

The flexibility of the time and the team work form are the best parts of the job. I can connect when i want in the day and the team meetings and work together with the team is so motivating.

Dislikes

...wing something you have to do or something that you have to know about your job. I'm in an unpaid internship and i have much responsabilities, so i think that they could pay something to the interns for all the work that we do.

Likes

I like the feedback the managers, ASL and SL give me about my job performance. Otherwise, I like that I'll receive three certificates when I'll finish my internship.

Dislikes

...n candidates before I finish my internship. That goal is difficult to carry out. Also, I'm disappointed and start to being demotivated because I don't get any salary and I'm doing a lot of tasks in the internship. Finally, I don't think I'm learning something new in this internship, in addition to some courses that I have taken at another time before this internship.
