This felt like a calculated move to avoid paying what was rightfully due. *Advice for prospective employees - If you value stability, growth, transparency, fair treatment and a healthy work-life balance, then I would suggest you not to join here. *I'm forced to give 1 star rating, would have given 0 if possible *Their tagline says - 'DATA SPEAKS' but they clearly don't live up to their own words. Data might speak but ethics speak louder.

Salary cerdit on every month 30 or 31st exposure to industrial projects at early career stage

No worklife balance. Will be asked to work for more then 18 to 19hrs a day. Even if you are on leave for medical issues or on important event , you will be asked to work. After leaving the job, you will be threatned by the HRs and compelled by them to work on the projects. There is no recognition or appreciation for your works. You will be asked to work on more than 3 to 4 projects at the same time and will be paid very less. They will suck your energy and enthusiasm and make you work like a machine which will not be worth for the pay you gonna recieve.

Good workload. Lots of technical learning opportunities. Decent pay as long as you get to work from home

...e office whereas others have the option to work from home. No work-life balance. Managers expect you to work weekends and late nights with no extra pay.

Bloody work life balance. Have to work more than 12 hours like a machine. They will insult you like anything. Poor Top management. Stupid project manager. And lies to the client about resources experience and expertise. They are hungry for work only. Do not join under any condition. One of the co-founder I dealt with , We never felt he knows about management and work. There is no freaking work life balance. If you are unemployed then wait for a month is better than joining this organisation.
