They pay salary on time.

Bloody work life balance. Have to work more than 12 hours like a machine. They will insult you like anything. Poor Top management. Stupid project manager. And lies to the client about resources experience and expertise. They are hungry for work only. Do not join under any condition. One of the co-founder I dealt with , We never felt he knows about management and work. There is no freaking work life balance. If you are unemployed then wait for a month is better than joining this organisation.

...ht invest in the company. You need to forget about your life when employed here. Had 18- 20 hrs work days most days and no overtime compensation.

Nothing for like, you alway fights to justify your work. They work on immediate basis once their client requirements done then they simply layoff you with silly excuses.

Dislikes

1. 24*7 work time. 2. Toxic Management no one accountable for their work. Upper management just chill and put their work on juniors. 3. 7 year old company they called them self startup- very poor growth 4. They hire fresher on very Low wages use them as 5-7 years professionals. Work on your Risk All the best fellows

The flat hierarchy, the easygoing and friendly management, company policies about leaves and employee importance, the expansive office and its tech. Regularly gives chances to complete newbies which I think not many companies often do.

Dislikes

System of appraisal is a little convoluted and generalised. The work-life balance could use improvement. Company does not expect you to check in and check out which gives you flexible timings but expects you to get the job done even if it means working on a weekend now and then.
