Facilities: Yiu can get all the benefits if you keeping from Home itself. Because they will not provide drinking water, Dinning, Sanitary, Toilet and also good office environment 4. Hike in Salary: Once in three years 5. People: Few good Peoples are there at the level of down the line 6. Process : No proper planning, No Raw materials, No proper maintenance, No proper hygiene, No Co Staff, No proper Quality, No Good Production So no tension.

compensation is decent but growth is slow. the work pressure is very too high. i have worked 12-15 hours many times. No weekly off or no holiday in a month. 30 days all work and present on the work. its field work so all day in hot sun and so tired whole day walked in grass and too much difficulties is work.

Job safety and health safety are not good. Job time and leave are not fix. Full week working.

1. If business(there is no role of a coordinator) is less then the company without notice terminate his employee, that I must hate.
