The working culture/environment, colleagues, etc. are good. We have good management with a nice record of job security. However, the company lacks a systematic company policy. Though, the company is hiring corporate HR professionals to fill this space.

Dislikes

The teammates are the best, need of skill-specific training, salary growth needs to be as per appraisal and to the one deserves, politics is everywhere, a great environment for learning and innovation, the work-life balance is somewhat good. There is a big need for the corporate culture/system like delegation of powers, specified work profile, freedom to exercise your talent, and growth.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Very good company for growing, learning, job security. I m the part of team that handles breakdown in dyeing m/c, spinning , woolen m/c reeling, auto corner, TFO , billing m/c , Gill box, etc.

Main up se belong karti hun meerut side se mere gaon ka naam kheda hai mujhe iska pata internet ke madhyam se Chala tha isiliye mujhe ismein job chahie per Dada per Dadi University mein

Mujhe silai ya FIR parlour ya aur koi bhi jagah mein job mil sakti hai

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am part of a team.high quality products and has a global client base.as a result.and we work happily in collaboration.i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

The work pressure is very high.i have to work12-13 hours.
