Ferociuos, sadist, vindictive, corruptive, lier management and HR. Hires professionals from big companies and sacks them within 1 year. Very impatient, vindictive management who do not know how to use manpower. They will ask sales head to work like sales officer. They will ask ASMs to work like distributor salesman. No respect and unrealistic expectation. MD has madness issue. Talk to him for 30 mins you understand he is not normal.

Dislikes

Your job is not secured specially if you are on high salary bracket. You can hired and fired in 6 months. You enter office 1 min late half day salary is cut. If you are sick and not come to office one day, that days salary is cut. No leave policy. If you go to market be sure your TA and DA will be cut. After leaving company will not give full and final. If you fight for F&F, they are so vinditictive that they will publish your photo in newspaper and paste it on the reception board. So if you are desperate and jobless you can join. But after joining your market value goes down as other company HR managers know the culture of this company. So they do not call any candidate from ganesh to join their company.

a. What they promise as CTC is not being paid. b. No policy on leave. They follow no work no pay policy. c. No job security. You may be fired anyday as per whimsical decision of MD. d. No TA/DA policy.Most of the time you have to pay from your pocket for travelling for work. e. Payment wont be as per CTC. f. Good jobs are not rewarded or recognized. g. No appraisal policy by the company,as a result yearly increment depends upon the whimsical decision of MD.

Absolutely nothing. One thing is for sure your job role is going to change anyway after few months and you will become expert in paa chata of your bosses.

Dislikes

Worst management ever. Expert in cutting the salary of employees without valid reason, there is no job security at all. They will treat you like naukar. Be aware of Murari Mohan Ghosh, who think that he’s the MD and will harass you like anything and if you pick up a fight with him then let me tell you, he has the power to fire you anytime as he is an old employee and expert in office politics. Last but not the least you can join this office if you are willing to destroy your career, all the best…

Likes to hire and likes to fire. Employees from good companies will be appointed for IPO purpose and then fired after few months when P&L is hit. Every quarter to balance P&L employees are fired without any reason. If you are jobless and no other option please join to get jobless again. Rest please do not stake your job for this company.

No leave policy. No PL, SL. If you are on leave, no salary for that day. No work no pay. No job security. Sales are down. Market share down. Company will be soon in red light. Turnover going down every year. No increment and no incentive. Travel policy for RSM grade is local bus. No promotion, no change in grade, no appraisal.
