Dislikes

Company is run by ignorant and illiterate people rather than educated people. Salary is paid one month late ( salary of June will be paid in the end of July) . Level of politics is horrible in each and every department. The owner of the company is in huge amount of debt.

Management provides full support in all aspects, gives independency to use your ideas and skills, offers lots of scops for learning in each field, and better working experience. I have been working in GBL for the last 2 years.

I suggest that the company should improve its automation facilities. It will improve the quality and accuracy of work and also will save time.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
