...f India in this Pandemic Covid-19 .Our expenses are pending from so many months.They gave only 40% Salary from April. Billing was going on till 31st of May & on 1st of June they send Termination Letter of Agreement with company to every Sales Person & Regional Sales Offices Staff. They so many Issues with SS & Distributors like huge Expiry is lying in Godowns there Secondary claims are pending. Now they calling SS & Distributors that they will continue business without Sales staff & after when there is normalization they will Hire new Sale staff after throwing old Sales staff of 450 people which were with company from 12,10,8,5 vv giving there golden time to Company. My Suggestion is to tell all that not to work in Gandour Food Processing Pvt Ltd.

every distributor is not happy working with gandour. they didn't settle F&F of SS, Distributors, RD for years.

Worked 3years & above....but in covid situation paid only 40% salary on the basis of Basic salary, & they suddenly shut down indain sales they didn't bother about employee in last minute.

Management system is very good in the organization company policy are good and timely provide salary and bonus every year

There is team leading process not must and new joinees not proper job training

...& positive environment to work. Here everybody getting his everything in time. Company also looking after the all things like Distributor claim, field force salary, bonus & incentives. Company also introducing one after one suitable market products to catch the market rapidly & also company never neglect its better quality.....

Gandour is a very good company to work, but coming to practicality there is no top to bottom and bottom to top comunication, there is no appreciation for good employee and no rewards and awards especially there is no good appraisal, promotion and all, no motivation from company, company management means owner of the company having good strategies, but the middle mangement restrict and give misguidence to company, so that many reasons company pulling down to degrowth Finally i want to tell the owner of the company Mr. Ali Gandour and his son they having good strategies but they could not implemented due to misguidence of gandour management of India. I would like to see gandour will be in tremendous growth (quality is main core thing in our gandour company)
