Worst work culture and company policy towards employee. There is no job security, they can expelled you out from the company any time without giving your prior intimation. They even did not think about your family or anything else. Also they will not give you proper feedback for your termination. This company will not give you proper chance to learn, the people under which you have to work are great politics players, they always try to save their positions and for that they will not think about new employees careers or family. And if you go to higher management for this then they will ignore it and finally consider you responsible for this. Higher management will always try to save their old members.
