Good work environment. Teamates are supportive and the management is transparent Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is no insurance policies for employes. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Gandhi hospital is one of the top most government hospital with multispecialities in India. I feel Working here is of great opportunity to gain experience as well as to improve practical knowledge with advancing skills and technology.coming to leaves,they provide 4week offs and enough leaves.overall really good experience working with Gandhi hospital, but working in this covid pandemic is really a life risking task need to have guts to work in this pandemic.

As it is a government hospital, Need to face all kinds of people.

I hav trained for 8 months in Gandhi like medical lab technician and they hav trained me so good etc..

But ther is some reason the lab run by contract bass that all its the problems and I like to help poor people

My entire experience went on well as a staff nurse in Gandhi hospital.There is no job security as am working for a private organisation and I have learned the skills needed in the treatment of a patient and act quickly during the resuscitation of the patients attending to care is mere huge .

There is nothing to dislike as it has provided me an opportunity to work in ICU.
