The environment, the employees are very helpful, seniors mix with juniors easily

No worklife balance, salary is not on time, need to work till late nights, developers are God and all the bugs are due to testers where testers do not get enough time to test.

Everything in the hand of company owner and Now there is also salary issue its getting late 2-3 Months.Also creating pressure all employees except kolkata for resignation.its very worst company still now.Now joiner please think before join.

Compensation is very low, same as the growth. They do not provide any confirmation documents. You would only have the offer letter, they had provided before your joining. HR policy is very bad. They can sack you anytime without showing you any reasons. Working environment is very bad. Only a single and common washroom for both men and women.

Software is very wide and vast. But need time to understand the workflow and hierarchy.

Dislikes

No Proper HR communication, No discussion on improvement. Management takes decision without keeping the employee words and discussion. No Job security. High Politics. Management is not capable to give the time to the employee for understanding the Farvision ERP. No way to join this company.
