...er, project manager and HR & admin head every time pleased about my performance. but unfortunately after 5 years almost sudden without information terminate me without pay my due 5 month salary, i inform to gammon over mail about my financial situation 2 time but no action taken till now and not any reply, till date. I WILL WANT TO WORK AGAIN WITH GAMMON IF ANY OPPORTUNITIES. I LOVE TO WORK WITH GAMMON.

In any project all over india staff will be there. Hence we will feel happy and can gain more knowledge from others

Every thing is perfect but last 4-5 years only salary disbursing not taken in time, pending for several months which might be the only reason for those resigning from their post.

Salary issue delayed for months EPF and IT deduct but doesn't pay to the concern dept. People who have left the company still haven't received their FNF salary for months and years

...ice management is not good. 2. HR department is very poor and irresponsible. 3. I resigned company due to irregular salary problem. ( Always 6 month late) 4. Till date company not paid my 9 month salary. ( i. e. 7 lakh) 5. HR department not give me Gratuity details ( i. e. 3 lakh) 6. HO people not give any reply of mail, not receive any call. 7. Every person who leaves the company is treated in the same manner and is not given any kind of full and final amount.

Good culture and provides good opportunity to learn and to explore oneself with immense responsibilities.

Dislikes

Career growth is limited. Salary and compensation are a bit less for a dedicated and hardworking employee.
