...g it impossible for people to manage their finances. And if you decide to leave? forget about your pending salary-- they just won't pay you! The Management irresponsible and dishonest and HR is useless when it comes to addressing employee concerns. They exploit freshers and experienced professional alike, promising career growth but delivering only stress and frustration. if you value your time , efforts and financial stability, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY it's a trap, and they treat employees like a disposable labor. Zero professionalism , Zero ethics , Zero respect for employees!

...ir disgusting, third class work system and does not even want to pay you for it. I still haven't received my 2 months salary. And there are many employees like me who quit working here out of frustration. They should shut down their operations.

Useless company,they just want you to work for months and will not pay you ,very bad working culture and most of the worst thing is the HR department they think the CEO is God and everything the CEO say is 100% right

Working at GammaEdge Technology has been a highly disappointing experience. The company imposes immense work pressure, leaving no room for work-life balance. Additionally, they have been holding employees' salaries for up to three months, making staff work without pay under false promises from the higher management. After leaving the company, they claimed that pending salaries would be settled during the Full and Final (FNF) process. However, they are now refusing to pay the hard-earned money, citing penalties allegedly imposed by project owners. Blaming employees for such penalties and withholding their salaries as a result is unethical and completely unacceptable. I am still fighting for the salary I rightfully earned through my efforts, but the management continues to make excuses instead of taking accountability. This kind of exploitation and unprofessional behavior must be highlighted so others are aware before associating with this company.
