Most bad thing about company is there's no work life balance, the senior people over here are kind of bossy nature, they only want work they don't care about any blockers, they treat people like a machine and want employees to work for whole day. if you miss a single standup call, you will be asked for same. The office time is 9:00 AM, and you must have to join before 9:30 else you will asked for a valid reason.

Less or unfair salaries Need to be in good books of upper management Unfair with people actually working hard wrt people tends to Some times lots of tracking and micro time management Salary increment have been reduced from past 1-2 years Just relay on few projects of same type which closes its developers learning area . No new technology work.

There were few colleagues who are very nice. That's it.

Dislikes

There are no. of employee who have got fired. What they do is, once you come across the appraisal month. They just target the employee and make them to leave the company. There was an person who have almost worked for more than 4 years over there and got fired for no reason during the appraisal month. The office environment is full of politics the management including HR are just toxic, no one hears about the problems. Even within a team it's full of politics. On of my colleague met with an accident were she got a fractured in her leg, she informed her manager and ask about work from home, the answer she received was send me the video during the incident happened. So its a toxic company.
