I joined in Gameshastra in November 2018, after my job in Europe. Colleagues and Team Leader are the best. They always ready to help you.

...ompany. The insurance company won't register you even after 5 months of joining. But every month insurance amount will be deducted from salary. Still waiting for health card.

Dont ever do that mistake, its horrible and mainly if u have to work under manager Ravi Talluri, he is dumb and without any knowledge sitting as manager. But you can work other managers they are some how good, but company is totally worst in all aspects. So dont spoil your time and year

Work culture and the management, managers are worst and without any knowledge they are sitting in position from the day company stared. MD wont take any action he want only his people. Tamilians ot telugu thats it.

When they got a project, they hired some artists and suddenly lost the project due to their incompetence. So, in one month, they fired the maximum number of people and said that your performance was not good because they didn't want to pay the three-month compensation. And some people have shift with their family too. such an evil company.

I wish there was anything I liked at Gameshastra during my tenure.

Dislikes

Bad work culture, no appreciation, no work life balance, toxic management, toxic HR, no job security, no work life balance. They expect you to work day and night, employees feedback is not taken into consideration but is always made demoralised. They call for a meeting and ask to share ideas but no idea is entertained and if someone talk in a meeting he/she is harassed till he/she gives up or one way or other terminated.

Art manager has less knowledge so he can be fooled easily. Keep doing hi, hello with him and stay in company without doing work.

Dislikes

Art manager is there from last 5 years still doesn't has skill set. Other guys are doing his work. He can do better in politics. Also zero benefits company is providing.
