It is the worst place you can end up in. since i joined a cascade of horrendous culture began to unfold. I would specially mention Poulomi Pal, who is the most worst form of human being and it is surprising how she ended up in the social impact space. She is extremely unprofessional and loves to make her juniors feel inadequate often crossing personal boundaries. She played blatant favouritism and alienating and belittling others. She single-handedly ruined the work culture and the HR also remained deaf to this workplace harassment even un-noticing the high attrition rate in her group. In short if you want to prioritise your mental health and professional growth stay away from this organization.
