While Gallagher is a great company with many positive aspects, one area that could be improved is the promotion process. Although there is nothing fundamentally wrong with the company, the promotion hikes have been somewhat disappointing. Enhancing this aspect would make an already excellent workplace even better.

It has given me a good opportunity to in this organization, it could be better if they increase the pay and provide bonus for employees.

They should come and collect the assets at the place where they have delivered.

One can learn many things while working in Gallagher. Good salary plus incentives an perks. Friendly environment. Makes you feel like you're part of company.

Difficult to maintain work-life balance. It might defer as per the process.

Gallagher is a good place for freshers as we get to learn a lot in this organization but work atmosphere is not good.

...m and he stares private place and passes comments which is even more disturbing. Finance head will be aware of all his behaviour but it will be entertained. Also other team managers from different processes who are working under him will join him while he is harrassing. It's like a group harrassment and others will also enjoy or simply see it. It is not understood untill they face it. Till now 3 ladies and 1 guy has left the organization from one of his process but the company and HR and Finance head are not at all bothered of anything. They will also spread some fake rumours sometimes knowingly to spoil innocent's name and sometimes on their assumptions as they need some gossip.

Can facilities ,WFH option opportunities to help in career growth suck as exams ect positive approach from team leads as per my experience.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal are too low compared to the work process and work load they give.When it comes to giving feedback on your errors very unprofessional words were used by a manger and it was too traumatic to just receive so much of negativity in unethical unprofessional manner.
