While Gallagher is a great company with many positive aspects, one area that could be improved is the promotion process. Although there is nothing fundamentally wrong with the company, the promotion hikes have been somewhat disappointing. Enhancing this aspect would make an already excellent workplace even better.

One can learn many things while working in Gallagher. Good salary plus incentives an perks. Friendly environment. Makes you feel like you're part of company.

Difficult to maintain work-life balance. It might defer as per the process.

When I joined, it was an employee centric company, but during and after covid.. A lot of things changed here which are not proving that this is an employee centric company anymore.

Work culture is not harsh. Formals only on Mondays, Clear domain papers and earn in very little time. Don't have to wait for aprisals. You can reach till Team lead level just in 5yrs as well, if everything goes well and if you are a good performer. Depends team to Team.

Dislikes

Salary is less. You will have to work on almost all the national holidays. You are not in permanent shift. It changes once in 3 months depending upon seat availability as there is crunch for seats, and also depending on business requirements your shifts will scheduled.
