We its been 8 months Im working in Gallagher in Issuance process. U will get good training and guidelines. No worries in that.

Weekly 4 days they told to early login which is too bad, Fresher salary is just 14.5 k take home its not at all acceptable in Banglore. Work load in high and frustrating on peak months.

When it comes to work culture it has a balanced system culture polices are really good but compensation is poor .

I had been in this company for 9 months but they laid off due to COVID even without notice it was immidiate one day action that was really a terrible experience. Job security is really worst.

There is job security. There is work from home during pandemic situation.

Poor management. There is huge work pressure. No work-life balance and less salary as compared to work. There is parcility among departments. No recognization about employee's work. They gave work on weekends also and no OT for that. The shift was 9 hours but we did 10-11 hours work.
