Continuous transfers excluding management relatives. No increment to right candidate only to relatives employees. Dear sir/madam, accamadation very poor our employees and please provide the food also because our projects fully road and bridge that's only suffered the employees.. please ....

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 3 years six months before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result I get to travel other countries especially US and Canada .

Dislikes

...ill provide only bachelor accommodation visa but I need a family accommodation. Company will not increase the salary for all employees .

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
