Only HO Management getting higher increment Don’t waste your precious time working to this kind of poor management companies.

I am working in Galfar since Sep. 2015 to till date, there is very good work environment, good management, good policies, but due to covid pandemic very less project is going on by this job is not to too much secure.

Only one thing is that compensation and promotion not similarity for all employer due to some politics
