Has well established systems and procedures and safety of employees is always the priority. Has no compromise on quality of job and performance is unparallel with any competitor. Separate quarantine camps has been established with adequate medical facility to take care of employees infected with COVID. Extreme cases has been admitted to hospitals. Shift working, working away from office, daily body temperature checks, office sanitation etc .. has been set up. Top management is highly committed to take care of employees.

Yearly appraisals and review of compensation remains week. Being a big organization you need to be a high performer to get noticed.

Harassment to employees Poor work culture Poor Management CEO & his blind followers unable to understand the basics of construction & how to control & assign works. Continuous transfers excluding management relatives. No increment to right candidate only to relatives employees. Only HO Management getting higher increment Don’t waste your precious time working to this kind of poor management companies.

Nothing to like. Senior management and other staff is incompetent for any role. It all works on who is who’s relative

Food, accomodation, work culture,salary on time,company organising many extra activities like games competition for employees and for their families also.

Salary is less as compared to other companies, staff don't have overtime but need to do overtime every time.
