Bad in terms of paying incentives to employees, They will pay you first part means 60% of incentive in May or June depends on them as it is single handed company, rules are made and altered based on there mood. And rest incentive is on them.weither to give or not. Company is totally single handed decision. If you are joining based on incentive. They will give you that ur incentive is big Sir incentive milega ya nahi vahi challenge hai. Awards can be buyed. Think this 🤔 Rules are made and it's altered depends on the mode. Incentive are big thing for sales person. Wahi na mile time pe tho what the use. They want to block the Employees for next year by paying after 9 month of next year. Think this 🤔

Work Environment is quite good and you will get chance to travel across the city (Mumbai) specially for Presales candidates.

...mployment with Galaxy is confirmed then also your Notice period will get extend. (Your early leave will be credited in December only hence till December if you want leave then your your Salary will get auto deducted) = Yearly only 6 Festival leaves are available =Two Saturday in month and Every Sunday is Off. =For company reason if you required to visit office in thoseb 2 saturday on which you have off then you will not get comp-off. Certification: Company will force you to completed Minimum 2 certification quarterly so that you can leave organisation and if you want to leave within year then you have to pay complete amount of certification. Appraisal: =5% to 15% is the ratio but within 3 months from the day of appraisal you cannot resign from the company and if you resign then you will have to pay complete appraisal amount to the company. Travel: = If you are using Bike then allowance will 2 Rupees Per Kilometer. All mentioned above things you will get in written In Appointment Letter. Good Luck.

Galaxy Office Automation is a great organisation to work with. What I like the most in this organisation is that the learning is given the utmost priority and all the employees are encouraged to do certifications and learn new things, even if the certification or course is not related to the job you're doing. Secondly the leadership team is always there to support you.

There is nothing as such that I dislike about Galaxy, if given chance I would like to work again with this organisation.
