Getting salaries in time, no work pressure, employe benifits are good, job security is there if we can say YES for all and team work only in ground levels

Dislikes

NO team work, poor communication between internal dept. No descipline on Management staff, poor leadership, no motivation, poor communication from management staff to ground levels, no targets, selfish of dept. Heads, no goals for company future, priority on individual benefits and no reviews
