No job security...no job security.without notice and without 3 month salary will fire the full time employees.simply for name shake they will put PIP.HR don't know what is PIP proces .even not maintaining prof (Meeting audio recording) .HR and manager have zero knowledge.hire freshers and put 3 years fake experience then charged high bill from client.

1.90% of HR behaviours like Rowdy and threat. 2.Some few manager working from 12 years but they don't have basic technical knowledge.i don't know how they will serve in outside.manger always depends on old employee and few employees have more than 10 years experience but don't know basic English communication.secuity will speak much better in these employees.please don't join this company manager and some few employees mentally harassed and give the negative feedback.managers don't know updated technologies.even not ready to update too.3rd class management. HR has empty minded they will always threat and was always asking to resign the employees.be careful don't join...no job security....

Offer high salary .Mass hiring and mass firing in short time duration.this company not good for married people.no benifit, please away from this type of company.if you are foolish you can join this company.HR threats,cheap minded people in this company.less job security.

...ave zero knowledge.high risk job security .no job security ...no job security ..hire for High salary after 2 months will fire.HR not following layoff rules and PIP process. HR don't know what is PIP process and what is layoff process.simply fire the employees for Performance issues without following the PIP process proofs (in pip meeting should be record).

...cing Full time employees 1.If you don't have job please don't join this company.this company layoffs many full time employees without giving the 3 month salary and notice.you don't know when you will get a call from HR for last working day. 2.This company hire freshers and show up 3 years fake experience into clients. 3.HR have zero knowledge threat like Rowdy. 4.Some managers have zero technical knowledge they working from 12 year.some manager not ready to update technical skills how they will handle the project without technical knowledge.simply take the advantage from senior project employees and digging in project. 5.some few more than 10 years experience employees they don't have basic English communication skill. Even security English better than these employees communication.

Some managers do not like tamilian people.So do not talk in tamil inside office.

Due to team manager. Manager was from Andhra. He was supporting only Andhra people. Here issue is senior label also in Andhra people . They are giving all facility to there people only. If you go to Galaxy . You fill you are in Andhra.
