This is very good company as per job security because this is the company which gave salary in covid lockdown. And as per internally promotion this is best company. As compare to other pharma company galcare gives you best work life balance.

Zero work life balance.....I don't know why AmbitionBox is asking for feedback of Galcare Pharmaceuticals...actually Galcare Pharmaceuticals is a very tiny organization based at Jaipur and it doesn't deserve that AmbitionBox kind of body invest time into this .

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company.
