... staff. Increment is good but late about 1 year. Telugu staff get extra benefit. Salary has no time it can be credited 5 to month last any time. Telugu staff get extra increment. Higher management is worst he does not listen lower employee issue. Petrol policy is so bad no service cost, fuel 1ltr per 50km. No currier cost paid for communication. Every Telugu staff behave like owner of the company and abuse to other staff.

...urnover won’t deliver on their promises and may just be a waste of time. 2. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 3. You need to pay from your pocket for official expenses. 4. Most of internal and external portal, tools are buggy, not working 5.Manager driven and manager has more power. All are depends on your manager. 6.No hike for last 2 yrs. You should say 'yes' for what ever manager says. Else you won't get any hike for sure. Manager does not know how to run a project. Non technical manager won't understand any technical issues. HR can't take any decision and they needs to depend 7.He treats everyone like a labour which can not leave the company premise either before last bell rings or without his permission 8.Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. 9.They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Expect to work during weekend / from home without any extra benifit. Stop filling your own pockets with money. And focus to improve the management. Treat employee as human being

...ons from seniors are very useful tobfulfil their job. It is great place to work. Now a days so many employes in many companies facing the problem for getting salary in time. But in GAJA ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED we never faced such problem though the company is having critical times. Because of these every employee in GAJA feel happy to work here.
