Some Managers are Good, Senior Employees are helpful but they give you lots of work to handle.(There expectations never fulfilled, and never fulfilled your manager expectations)

Dislikes

Poor Management, Leave policey,Work culture, average 10-11 hours work daily,no fix schedule of week offs. Thick twise before joining and ask proper joining latter.
