...months. So our every problems is not clearing. And 0% support for HR department. And about salary last two months delay 10 days. And HR has not given answer of any question. Manpower sort-edge from 9 months. Not full filled manpower. No increments and No bonus, No any gifts at Diwali, No HRA given to everyone. Many OT cut from people. Etc. many more issues here.. I suggest no one come here !🙏🏻

Excellent to work at GNAL dahej unit . It is new compan and the systems are under development . Company culture is very good. Company is going to achieve 100% capacity very near. Presently the company is able to produce around 550 Mt.

Dislikes

There is no noticeable dislikes as of now. Needs to improve training and development of employees as of now the training and development programs to be implemented .
