... key positions and doesn't willing to change , neither open to new ideas 3 Food quality is worst in canteen 4 Less competitive salary as compared to other peers 5 Slow promotions and delayed career growth 6 Less manpower more workload in some departments 7 No work life balance sometimes work on even holidays

The good part is compensation which is provided but there is inadequate manpower to meet the expectations of management

Job insecurity behaviour among senior management. High expectations but low support. No work life balance.

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and management also transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give bonus every year in Diwali..

Dislikes

The company terminate some OETs after completion of one year. Because of their performance

I have 2 year 7 month working experience with Gabriel India limited I found it is great place to work

...think much more issue in company management . little bit politics but it's okay.Salary is decent but career growth is slow in my field
