New Office is good, people are friendly, Times Internet always asks feedback from Employees, prize and recognition for employees good work, cross team work.
Less career growth opportunity, no work-life balance, no sat-sun off due to ad-hoc request, less pay as compared to work responsibilities, Tech architect & product needs a lot of work, 12-13 frequent meetings throughout the day and even at lunch hour, and my day is extended like 12-14 hours mostly.
Tech team is really good. I enjoying working with them.

Here product team is just coping stuff from other sources. Whereas Gaana was started with innovative idea.
In the name of trip CEO of our company plan to take people to bulandshehar.
There was a time when gaana really keep their employees cheerful and motivated with entertainment , benefits and facilities. Now company is totally changed.
Working Environment in Gaana & attitude of all managers with whom I have worked is more than awesome.
Dislikes
Although I have Learned a lot From Gaana.com So First of all thanks to gaan for that from the Depth of my heart but the organizational structure is little bit complicated here That's why Job role may remain same for a long time.
