...ent is very good First of all on covide time they support us for work from home. And support for salary on time also. But most important regional sales manager after covid trying to change sales products may be for trying to Fire employess. One more thing there are no time table for daily working hours. Most of the time sales team stay at mumbai office till the mid night for meetings. It is completely mis use of there power. No daught how sales was there but physically and mentally harassment happened. Due to this most of the employess leave the comalny even me also. The result is Gaadi.com market down now in my working areas. Used car Delaers are now not tie up with the gaadi.com.

This is the company mentioned good working cultural. They think always best from employee. The management is good

Management take division very fast. Product launch & discount. Lower label manager some they do not maintained good behaviour with employees. They take any discussion for their benifit.

Nice company because Employee grow with company as equally and company always think about work increase ideas from employee and try to change for applicable.

I like work environment of this company. I dislike company one policy this is about when any department as revenue is low then company shortlist low label first .

Full of politics and favoritism. If you are a car enthusiast and have knowledge about the automobile industry, never join this company as you would be working under managers who have zero knowledge of cars; your input or ideas won't matter to them. Question your managers, and you would be asked to leave citing 'performance' issues. Their only motive is to fool customers and make money.
