Just the job security and WFH flexibility since its hybrid mode.

Its a good company for all who wants to live in a comfort zone. Company provides a healthy work life balance but he pay structure is very bad at least for existing employees. Otherwise company is good, one can feel complete job security.

Company is a good paymaster. They pay salary and other dues within due dates. They pay fairly as per your destination.
