The Company provides very high job security and there are many seniors who are ready to help you with almost everything. The managers are very supportive and provide ample opportunities to learn.

... is no place to showcase your talents, skills or knowledge if you are a fresher. The salary scale is low and does not depend on your skills but your experience. The work only pertains to a certain software and nothing else.

There's no point in liking any of the thing in G2G

Peak level of castism and partiality towards their own cast people and others, appraisal sucks for the people who r other than their cast. Zero level of peace and worst level of work extraction for very less salary being provided. People who doesn't even have a basic knowledge r the trainer's for the new joiners.

Likes

Till now there has been good camaraderie between employees. There was ample environment for persons to grow professionally as well as technically.

Dislikes

1.If you are a performer, you will be just loaded with more work. 2.Management turns a blind eye to just resource requirements, only wakes up until it starts taking its toll on schedule or quality. 3.Lately nepotism has set in from top management side.
