I worked as an Accounts Faculty at G-Tech Computer Education, Puttur, and had a very disappointing experience. There is a complete lack of teamwork and coordination among staff, and the management is extremely unprofessional with poor communication and no proper support. Salaries are often delayed, and even after serving the notice period and making multiple follow-ups, the final settlement was not provided. I personally visited the office and tried contacting them, but received no response. Additionally, the workplace is unhygienic and poorly maintained. Overall, it was a very frustrating and unprofessional environment to work in.

In kannur gtec Gensmart academy , i had a good team because of which I could survive for a year. Otherwise there still persists too much internal politics and favouritism. Higher management was rude and they were promoting a toxic work culture so that they can control their employees as per their wish.

Toxic work culture Internal politics Lack of qualified staffs No space for innovation and opinion from employees. They are absolutely promoting master and slave culture

Through out the period of my working times I m learn more knowledge about the course and job from the organisation. Day by day the organisation help me to improve my skills and experience. I'm really thankful to the team and management

The organisation give me the opportunity to work and I'm satisfied that I can get the best so there's no negative experience from the organisation
