...ure working with GR Infra Project. It is a very good road construction company. The best thing is that the salary is received before the 10th.

6 people live in one room. Supervisors and officers are kept together for their stay.

...so not absent, also do of signature and rest or go for treatment and other...... don't worry for salary lap's....... But measure point be noted here that which person's , reachability to senior stop. .so that there supported him every person him work relaxing and without responding , do of holding work..till..long time ..

There is very big spots in job politics , as like that some persons make a unit , who is lived in India an state like and maybe him minds thinking and same type works, and many more , but he target it type Person who is feel in him self single or not but his work very truly but not support any type Person and his department ,so that he is very refreshing feel and his opposing person enjoy , him this situation....... there every person want that him salute every his under person ......if not any singular do it , he started his negleration every his momentom , so that he feel very mentally torched like .

Dislikes

1. No job security. 2. They hire staff from good company & ruin the carrier, by send them on long leave which is never ending. 3. Any time company can fire you, because they have chamcha on site, if your relationship with that chamcha is not good than your job will be in danger, that chamcha can be a driver, cook, store helper, office boy or any other generally not technical person. 4. During rainy season 80% staff they send on leave. 5. So if your are in good company don't join GR Infraprojects Ltd. 6. Road ka kaam krti hai, road chaap jaisa management bhi hai, over no humanity, no moral values.

Timely salary and seniors behavior. SAP system and SOP for run the business. Supporting staff and Management.

Dislikes

No incentive and Bonus. Delay in Annual appraisals. No entertainment for site staff. But all over company is Good for us.

Too much politics, promotion dependent on buttering,and favouriteism, company management and co HR try to improve site employee facility but site HR worst , thay only trited only some staff like manage and above.
