Salary on time, mess and food system, medical facility, staff is good and supportive, leave system.

Dislikes

Long working hour without any backup. No time for ourself. Unnecessary Lots of management and senior pressure. Lack of contractors and their labours which causes pressure.

Likes

Owners are approachable to employees at CO, whereas at site it depends. Owners quickly looses their temper. Sometimes they behave nice, sometime they behave illogical. Great place to sharpen your skills. But cannot learn new things.

Dislikes

...an be fired anytime citing irrelevant/old skills. Poor hiring planning for site. Employee hired for job and next month sent to long leave-without-pay.

1. Salary mid of the month 2. Unprofessional attitude of Management 3. No benefits. Employees are considered as 'servants'. Even no gifts in Deewali. 4. Suitable only for linear projects. Comfortable in highway projects only. 5. Trust issues with employees. 6. No up skilling. 7. Management encourage office politics. 8. Strict timing. 9. Management force to work beyond working hours and days. 10. No work life balance.

1. No job security. 2. They hire staff from good company & ruin the carrier, by send them on long leave which is never ending. 3. Any time company can fire you, because they have chamcha on site, if your relationship with that chamcha is not good than your job will be in danger, that chamcha can be a driver, cook, store helper, office boy or any other generally not technical person. 4. During rainy season 80% staff they send on leave. 5. So if your are in good company don't join GR Infraprojects Ltd. 6. Road ka kaam krti hai, road chaap jaisa management bhi hai, over no humanity, no moral values.
